Frequently Asked Questions

How do the sessions work?

After signing up, you'll receive a link to book the first of your two one-on-one coaching sessions on my calendar. These sessions are one on one with me, and you can choose whether you want them to be via zoom or phone.

How do I get support?

In your two one-on-one calls, you'll get support and guidance that's completely customized to you. You'll have the space to share your experiences, discuss your goals, get feedback, and ask questions.

You'll also receive access to my convenient wellness app, where you'll receive daily lessons, habits, and communicate with me privately via direct text or voice messages as needed.

What are the rules?

I provide a flexible framework to make food choices that line up with your goals. There are no hard and fast rules to follow.

Do I have to count calories?

No. Counting calories is not required to be successful.

How often do I have to weigh in?

If weight loss is a goal for you, it can be helpful to share your current weight and goal weight so that we can create a plan to get you there. However, there are no weigh ins. You are welcome to share your weight if and when you'd like to. 

If there aren't weigh ins, how do I track my progress?

If you would rather not weigh yourself, we'll discuss non-scale methods and choose what works best for you.

Are there workouts?

For most of my clients, I provide accountability for their existing exercise program or one they would like to get back to. If you're new to exercise, we'll create a simple, realistic plan that fits your preferences and goals.

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

No. We'll work within a flexible framework that gives you a lot of choice rather than locking you into foods or recipes that don't work for you.

Do I have to give up sugar, coffee, meat, etc?

You don't have to completely give up any specific food or food category. If there are certain foods you would like to avoid, I can support you in that. And we can discuss ways to include all of your favorites while still making progress on your goals.

Do you offer payment plans?

I do offer payment plans via Affirm or Klarna if you qualify. You'll see all the details and options when you click the button to join.

Does this still work if I'm vegan?

Yes. I'm comfortable working with various eating patterns, as well as food allergies, sensitivities, restrictions, and preferences.

What if I'm traveling or don't want to give up my favorite holiday foods?

We can work around travel and holiday favorites if you would like to get started now.
